These Truth Hardware 4-Bar Hinges are made of stainless steel, are non-handed and are designed for use with project-out awning windows and with casement windows that have a lip on the outside edge of the sash. The 4-bar hinge mechanism allows the sash to project out from the frame before it pivots. These Truth Hardware 4-bar awning and casement window hinges are used by several window manufacturers.
