Is used by specialised companies for a quick constructional bonding of PVC-hard-materials in the window manufacturing to bond additional profiles like weather-boarding, water bars, blind components, etc., and also to bond cover caps, drainage, protection stripes for shutters into PVC-profiles. Is offers a wide adhesion spectrum on different materials, PVC-hard, powdercoated aluminium, stone, concrete, wood, etc.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-Density as per EN 542 at +20 °C (+68 °F) approx. 1.01 g/cm3 (8.43 lb/gal)
-Functional strength for bonding of stress-free battens approx. 8-10 min

APPLICATION
-The adhesive is applied on one side of the bonding surfaces as a bead (coiled).
-Applied quantity for bonding of battens
20 mm (0.79") wide bonding surface approx. 8 g/running metre (0.28 oz/running meter)
40 mm (1.57") wide bonding surface approx. 16 g/running metre (0.56 oz/running meter)
-Minimum processing temperature from +10 °C (+50 °F)
-For sealing joints, the mass is applied with an obliquely-cut tip end and then it hardens fully, in this case, the joint is usually not smoothed - it shrinks to ~50% until it is cured.
