Solid and secure locking for vinyl, aluminum and fiberglass window systems. This advanced locking system complements Maxim operators and hinges. Whether a right- or left-hand window, this system uses a non-handed design to help reduce inventory. The lock-to-tie bar attachment makes installation fast and easy. Maxim's "zippered locking effect" assures engagement of the top lock point. With .625" of reach-out capability, the window can be locked without being completely closed.
